Mollie Wagner-Neal has served for more than thirty five years in federal government in various legal and managerial positions. She is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia. She has practiced before the United States District Courts and the federal Courts of Appeals in civil actions involving fair employment and housing practices. She served a substantial portion of her federal career as a manager of litigation enforcement programs on both a regional and nation-wide level.

She currently serves as an adjudicator in federal administrative proceedings involving employee disability compensation claims and violations of various labor and employment statutes, and also as an arbitrator in the securities industry.

Ms. Neal has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Howard University and is a graduate of Howard University's School of Law.

She serves on the Board of the Greater Washington Urban League. In addition to other board service, her past and present organizational affiliations include: the American Bar Association; the National Bar Association's Judicial Division; the National Association of Women Judges; the American Constitution Society; and Alpha Kappa Sorority. She is an avid supporter of the arts, and is a member of numerous community organizations.

Mrs. Neal is a native of North Carolina, and currently resides in Potomac, Maryland.
